Recommended Shoes:
Shoes corresponding to natural form and function should consist of:
1. Zero Drop (heel and forefoot height should be equal
2. Wide forefoot and wide toebox (wide toebox is usually harder to find)
3. No toe spring (the shoe shouldn't curve up at the front)
These recommendations aren't all inclusive! If you can find shoes with the above elements, please let me know!
